The CAMM Quarries history relates to its founder and owner Jeffrey Doyle. Jeff’s natural progression into the civil construction and quarrying industry commenced back in the 1956 when his father Kevin Doyle commenced the Mendi Group business operations. Needless to say, Jeff was born and bred into the business. His passion to develop the Mendi Group and take it further than just Civil Construction has seen him expand operations into quarrying. With the purchase of the first CAMM Quarries site at Roseneath in 2017, the site and the group has continued to transform.
Our Quarry Services
Quarry Products
We supply a full range of crushed rock, aggregates, fills and road bases. All products are tested and designed to meet the relevant standards, including main roads. Aggregates range from 7mm to 20mm in Concrete, Asphalt, Seal and Drainage grading. Rock from Gabion to Armour, all meeting marine quality standards. Road bases 2.5, 2.3 and 2.1, conditioned or dry, all stockpiled to DTMR guidelines. Various select fills up to minus 200mm.
Transport
Our extensive transport fleet including bulk water storage, can provide efficient and timely delivery of your product within the local area. With NHVAS Mass and Maintenance management our fully maintained Haulage division can support extensive production delivery and will also compliment our Contract Crushing and Screening services.
Mobile Crushing
CAMM Quarries are able to provide contract crushing and screening solutions capable of producing a selection of raw materials, pavements, aggregates, select fills and various rock products. Our business is supported by our NHVAS accredited Bulk Haulage division whom are capable of transporting our crushing plant to any location.
We have the flexibility to create numerous crushing trains to produce fill, road base rock and aggregate on your site however remote. We have operated in mines, ports and quarries around Queensland.

Concrete Aggregates
Can be a single sized material typically 20mm, 14mm, 10mm, or 7mm or a graded aggregate consisting of a blend of single sized aggregate. Concrete Aggregates are produced to Australian Standards (AS 2758) or to more specific customer requirements.

Crusher Dust
A well graded material consisting of a crushed fine aggregate with a particle size generally less than 5 millimetres. Generally supplied when a specification is not required and will be suitable for the intended application.

Main Roads Specified Roadbase
A well graded material consisting of course and fine aggregates to maximise compaction.

Main Roads Reseal Packages 2021
The CAMM team worked closely with Fulton Hogan to deliver these significant work packages. Some 10,000t of cover aggregate supplied and delivered over a 3 month period. Our fleet of road trains delivered materials to locations up to 250km from the Roseneath quarry.
Project GLENN RD / FLINDERS HIGHWAY ACCELERATION LANE
CAMM Quarries supplied over 18,000t of DTMR spec Class A Fill, Bedding Sand and 2.1OMC (Pugged) on this project. The project required materials to be supplied in a tight timeframe with daily delivery volumes critical to the clients success. The team at CAMM Quarries were able to exceed daily delivery requirements and supplied up to 1500-2000t per day. CAMM were also able to provide a delivered solution where B Double Side Tippers were utilised to work with the clients TMP, achieve volume requirements and deliver materials safely once onsite.
PORT OF TOWNSVILLE CHANNEL CAPACITY UPGRADE
CAMM Quarries supplied 100,000t of Ballast Rock AND Buttress Rock on this key Townsville infrastructure project. Material required for this project was for marine application and had to meet a very high specification and testing requirements. The ability to mobilise additional plant, machinery and personnel whilst maintaining supply commitments on all other projects were key to our success on the project. The team at CAMM Quarries were able to exceed daily delivery requirements and supplied in excess of 1500t per day when required, ensuring our commitment to the client was achieved. The CAMM fleet of Triple Road Trains provided a safe delivered solution to maximise the daily volume delivery capabilities.
